Month-of-wedding coordination ensures that every detail runs smoothly, from timeline management to vendor coordination. All of the behind-the-scenes logistics will be handled so that your sole focus is on celebrating.
What is included?
Pre-wedding Preparation: Initial consultation; Vendor contract and day-of-communication; Timeline creation and review; Day-of logistics (setup), flow (ceremony/reception), and planning.
Wedding Day Execution: Lead Coordinator, on-site management, and troubleshooting; Vendor coordination; Guest management and support; Rehearsal coordination offered as an additional service.
Post-wedding responsibilities include breakdown oversight and final vendor wrap-up.
