During this personalized session, we will walk through your event-day vision, overall budget, timelines, and logistics. You will work with an event expert to answer any questions, refine all plans, and identify the next steps in your planning process.
What is included?
Pre-session Preparation: Intake questionnaire to understand your event day vision; Review of client's current plans, budgets, and challenges; Light research for suggestions regarding vendors, venue, and timeline.
3-Hour Concentrated Planning Session: Budget review and prioritization, vendor sourcing strategy, timeline guidance, as well as a physical calendar, design direction and cohesion, logistics planning, and open Q&A.
Post-session planning deliverables include a customized planning recap, action-steps checklist, vendor recommendations, and planning tool templates.
